Fangut Group HEPP (hereafter referred as the “project activity”) is constructed Hydro Electricity Power Plant (HPP) which was developed by AYEN AS ENERGJI SHA (hereafter referred as the “project participant” or “project owner”) on the Fani i Madh and Fani i Vogel rivers Stream, within the jurisdiction of Rubik, Mirditë, Albania.
