The carbon development project under review involves the establishment of a 2,826 kWe Landfill Gas (LFG) Plant in Sivas, Turkey. Commissioned in the beginning of 2015 by NOV Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., the project aims to harness the potential of landfill gas as a renewable energy source. Situated in Sivas, the project not only contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions but also brings several benefits to the local community, such as job creation, improved air quality, and enhanced energy security.
